{"id":24079,"date":"2019-12-02T09:02:45","date_gmt":"2019-12-02T12:02:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arquidiocesano.com\/ouropreto\/?p=24079"},"modified":"2022-09-11T12:06:56","modified_gmt":"2022-09-11T15:06:56","slug":"a-mente-educa-o-corpo-e-o-corpo-educa-a-mente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arquidiocesano.com\/ouropreto\/a-mente-educa-o-corpo-e-o-corpo-educa-a-mente\/","title":{"rendered":"A mente educa o corpo e o corpo educa a mente"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na tarde do dia 25 de novembro, os(as) \u00a0alunos(as) do 7\u00ba ano do Ensino Fundamental \u2013 Anos Finais\u00a0 do Col\u00e9gio Arquidiocesano de Ouro Preto participaram de uma Visita Orientada ao Mosteiro Zen Pico de Raios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A referida atividade pedag\u00f3gica teve por finalidade oferecer aos(\u00e0s) alunos(as) a vis\u00e3o, <em>in loco,<\/em> de uma das religi\u00f5es orientais estudadas ao longo do Ano Letivo. Cabe, ainda, ressaltar a import\u00e2ncia da Visita, uma vez que, ficou evidente a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da realidade em que os(as) alunos(as) est\u00e3o inseridos(as), por se tratar do conhecimento de uma das pr\u00e1ticas filos\u00f3fico-religiosas, na cidade de Ouro Preto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A funda\u00e7\u00e3o do referido mosteiro foi registrada, no ano de 1984, pelo Mestre Zen Ryotan Tokuda, com a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de divulgar a pr\u00e1tica do Budismo. O espa\u00e7o ocupa uma \u00e1rea de cerca de 4 hectares, com jardins, onde se encontram esculturas de Buda, feitas pelo Monge Tabajara Bushi e um mosaico com a imagem do Buda Shakyamuni \u2013 presenteado pelo consagrado artista mineiro, Inim\u00e1 de Paula.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante a Visita, os(as) alunos(as) identificaram conceitos discutidos durante as aulas, conheceram esculturas e mosaicos variados, integrados com a beleza natural, que circunda o Mosteiro. Para os que se sentiram \u00e0 vontade, foi oferecido um momento de medita\u00e7\u00e3o no Zendo, recinto reservado \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica budista.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante a visita a anfitri\u00e3, Monja Shinshi T\u00f4k\u00f4, refletiu sobre os riscos de intoxica\u00e7\u00e3o pelo que \u00e9 consumido, visto e ouvido, estimulando a viv\u00eancia da sa\u00fade emocional, por meio da dial\u00e9tica da mente que educa o corpo e do corpo que educa a mente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tratando-se de uma atividade que envolveu as fam\u00edlias dos discentes, destaca-se a percep\u00e7\u00e3o da senhora, Irene de F\u00e1tima, que ponderou \u00e0 respeito do aprendizado sobre a postura corporal frente aos desafios da vida.<\/p>\n<p><img
